Pros

They don't pay well, but work with your schooling hours very nicely, and gives some experience to put on a resume.

Cons

They don't pay well, not much guidance, and many of the stuff you find yourself doing you end up looking up how do do on your own.

Office Politics Required, Questions Will Result in Release

Pros

Beautiful campus, some passionate faculty, involved community, critical thinking still alive in liberal arts, libraries are great resources, good education and health programs for staff.

Cons

Supervisors were demeaning despite inherent authority. Plenty of office gossip. No willingness to provide performance feedback. Shady dispersion of contract duties. No check on use of supervisory authority. Staff seems bored and uninspired, petty aggressions abound. Staffers lied and abused authority when questioned about standards.
