Beginning in 2025, the HR department now actively monitors and reviews every badge swipe of every home office employee. They look at, and question, when you come in, when you leave, how long you took for lunch, if you went to get coffee, etc. These reviews directly—and (only) negatively—impact bonuses and promotions. This has led to a very unprofessional and untrusting environment.
