You have SOME control over your schedule

Cons

Required 20 hours in office with no compensation. Expectations are 6 days a week 12 hours a day availability. Underwriting is far too hard to get done. Need to be already financially independent and / or have no family life to get started with this company.

Pros

The cafeteria is free, serving breakfast and lunch. Many very nice people work there. They provide subsidized parking in downtown Cincinnati.

Cons

W&SFG is a big company with big company issues. Things move slightly slower than a snails pace. There is a great deal of bureaucracy and politics. And never question a manager's decision. If you have an idea for improvement, keep it to yourself.

very structured training, good starting pay, great commission structure. prospecting training invaluable to a new rep!

Cons

middle management should follow the process that is in place, confusing for new reps to hear one thing but see another! sales managers do not follow the job model that is in place and District Manager does not seem to care as long as he does not need to get involved!
