Pros

Great location and benefits in downtown Cincinnati. Cafeteria and workout facilities.

Cons

Work/Life balance is unheard of. Several members of management take home a laptop each evening.

BLINDED BY THEIR MONEY...

Pros

Super strong financially from past investment experience.

Cons

Good-ole boy system where people are promoted by being one of the fair-haired people, or sucking up enough. Recent VP change on the 4th floor was needed for years. And now that it has happened, it was spun as his idea instead of the truth; that is, he was nothing but a rogue and it finally caught up with him and forced him out of the position

Pros

They are constantly recruiting new people into the business. Good place for someone to start in the business if they have no experience. Basic training, sales and prospecting training.

Cons

They are forced to recruit heaviy due to the high rate of agent turnover. Most successful veterans retired or moved on to other companies when micromanaging begin occuring. The average age of an agent in the local office appears to be about age 25 with less then two years experienc, most less then one year. If you cannot keep your veterans you cannot hope to develope new ones.
