Pros

This company is ok... i think they have a great benefits (401k, health, and others) for people who are interested in a long-term sales career in the insurance business. Although they will do everything to convince you this the best company and position in the industry, rest assure that you have to find people to sell insurance to.

Cons

They are very rigid with the way they want you sell insurance. it's their way or the highway; regardless of your experience or the process you've before. Let me remind you this is 100% commission.
