Pros

Some good managers and agents. Good training (when done right)

Cons

Gets you in by lying about pay Very high turnover because of make-it-or-break it attitude. Are not upfront with canidates about hidden effects on pay Promotes people to management before really ready.

Pros

The decision to come to work at W&S was an excellent one. I have been provided exceptional leadership and feel I make an impact in the life of our clients. The company is very loyal to the associates and the associates are in turn loyal to the company. I recommend this company highly.

Cons

1) The drive to work is a long one as I live 35 miles from the office. 2) The expectations of each associate is high.
