Pros

Great Compensation plan, especially for first year inexperienced sales agents. Vacation time is nice also 1 week after 6 months and 2 weeks after 1 year great pension plan if you make it in the industry

Cons

MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT! In your interview and hiring process you will hear the phrase this is your business and you get to run it how you want to. This is a huge lie, management will constantly be on you daily about how many appointments you have scheduled and how many phone calls you made, and how many referrals you got that day, and how many closing appointments you have, and how many bowel movements you are going to make the next day. Your recruiter will tell you far fetched stories of how you can make six figures your first year. This is also a huge line of BS. There is a man in our office who works 70 or more hours a week and made 85k and he has done this for 5 years. Overall I cannot wait to get out of this company. And last but not least after you get hired they will put all kinds of pressure on you to sell their products to your entire family. Sorry but i refuse to push insurance on my 82 year old grandma.

Pros

I like working with the people

Cons

Big Promises are made when interviewing. They show you the icing on the cake and don't explain about the cake. What it takes to make the cake let alone the icing. It almost like MLM. Go to your friends and family first and then try to grow a business.
