Pros

Great compensation package along with a flexible work schedule

Cons

This company seems to be falling behind. W&S sells mainly life insurance. No PNC or Automotive. State Farm offers all 3.

Pros

Revised higher commission scale in January 2009. Generous pension plan.

Cons

Little to no advertising for a Fortune 500 company? Claim to target middle income America but mostly geared toward lower income America. Company needs to better train sales representatives on identifying target client. To many older agents focused on collections instead of generating new business. Lack of training after a few months of employment.
