Extremely misleading when being hired. It isn't your own business as promised. You are micromanaged out of the gate. Management is more concerned about looking good on a report than helping agents succeed. You are consistently asked to complete services that consume your time that you don't get paid for. Unethical management in many offices. Do what it takes to make the sale. They state they preach ethics, but if involves keeping or generating business ethics is out the window. Management is usually extremely inexperienced and lack knowledge of business because of extremely high turnover. When first hired you will attend many different company functions where upper management will continually mention how much the top .01% of the sales force makes. In reality the majority of reps in the office are lucky to make 30K. Pay structure is horrible. You get paid 10% of commissions over 10 weeks. Extremely hard to make a difference in your paycheck immediately. WATCH THE INITIAL HIRING PITCH. I was informed one of the reps is extremely successful in her niche market, when in reality she hadn't sold anything in the last 4 months!

There are long hours but in the end totally worth it.
