Pros

they pay you to study for the sie and the series tests

Cons

they have no execution of the training they are supposed to be doing. No experienced people in management to help you through with making the sales. No follow through from management at all. This was one of the worst run companies i have ever seen.

Pros

You get your very own desk and some client files, although you're probably the 4th rep to call them in the past two years saying you're there new agent.

Cons

I found the products not very competitive and the commissions on the low side. No company name recognition and a sell your friends an family business model. You will be pressured, they try to make you forget it is commission only.

Not the Company to work for!

Pros

Some Benefits are good, but they figure out how to get money back by having field reps pay 20.00 per week for use of a laptop!! If you work here you may qualify for welfare benefits!

Cons

100% commission income. Females are not treated the same as males in the same classification. There is some harassment that goes on and nobody cares. If you don't like it, leave, seems to be the motto, and most do. The turnover rate is outrageous. Most people don't stay past a year, mostly because they are broke! They are all about putting in new computer software programs instead of trying to pay the field reps a small salary to help them out. Everything is a number, just a number!! They say they pay new reps 112% commission, but they really don't. It is called "CREDITED COMMISSION" and reps are paid 50%. The rest is put into the CREDITED commission fund and allocated out weekly. BUT if you leave, they keep it!! They say they have "Paid" holidays and vacations but this is not true either, the payment comes from the CREDITED COMMISSION fund that was already earned by the rep. There is a lot of lies and misinformation given by this company to employees and recruits... BEWARE!
