Pros

Amazing foundational culture built on a story of a truly great man Values with "love" at the center, which is attractive if it were to be widely accepted and utilized Company is at a key point in its history in terms of modernization

Cons

Work/life balance can be great, but its based specifically on your leader Standards are almost non-existent in most aspects of the company Individual leaders hold too much authority. Open door policy is said to be there but is obviously not followed by leaders in the back office anyway

Pros

They have really nice incentives. 10% for walk ins and $10 if your name is mentioned in a review. They do work with your schedule which is a plus and you do meet all kinds of great people.

Cons

The communication is absolutely horrendous. The departments do not communicate with each other nor there team it is until last minute when we are notified. The resort itself is very dated which is not fair to the owners that pay a lot of money in maintenance fees.
