Pros

Great, talented employees that want to do a good job and be proud of their accomplishments.

Cons

The list is long and distinguished. I guess the biggest Con is that Sr. Management does not listen...period. Warnings about the state of AP1000 delivery went unheeded. From the previous CEO to a few current Sr. VPs (some relatively recently promoted), they all disagreed with one or more of the following when told: 1) There is no integrated project schedule; 2) The Design Change process is broken; 3) Action tracking is non-existent; 4) The Corrective Action Program is vital and is NOT effective; 5) Configuration Management is almost non-existent (mainly because of 2) thru 4) above).
