Pros

People - Knowledgeable, Friendly Compensation - More than fair Benefits - Pension, 401K, Heath & Wellness, EAP - Can't say enough Environment - Beautiful place to work, top notch office furniture, great cafeteria, heathy atmosphere Work - Challenging, Cutting Edge, Highly Technical, Collaborative Training - Classroom, Web, On the Job, Mentor Program Management - Top notch, Caring, Saavy, Committed to Excellence Work Schedules - Flex Time and Alternative Work Schedules available

Cons

Work Life Balance - Very easy to get caught up working too many hours because of the amount of work to be done. Management, although supportive of work life balance, still expects delivery of results. Sometimes this is impossible to do without affecting your home life. Very easy to become a work-a-holic!
