Pros

Great facility that includes an in house state of the art gym with fitness classes, men and womens seperate saunas & steam rooms, outdoor running track, beautiful office, great cafeteria with a sushi bar, fire brick oven and salad bar.

Cons

Very poor morale at the company due cost cut intiatives across all functions. Many people experienced multiple years without pay increases, including cost of living adjustments. The finance organization in particular has gotten extra lean yet demands and expectations are still very high.

Pros

Cafeteria Onsite Fitness Center Walking Trail The food in the cafeteria is good

Cons

Senior leadership installed by Toshiba doesn't care about anyone. Secret layoffs along with arming the guard force are just a few of the things the current management structure has done.
