Pros

A company that has a strong future in Nuclear Technology provided success with the AP1000 installations and a culture change from senior management down.

Cons

Poor senior management focus on strengthening the project management discipline. Poor project management governance in silo's of the company. Senior management is now taking away perks for employees in efforts to cut costs but does not see where employee morale is taking hit. Expect attrition from from top talent across the company.
