Pros

Good distribution of work load Respectful management LOTS of advancement opportunities Lots of training available Fringe benefits (education reimbursement, alternative work schedule, etc.) New HQ with good food, gym and other recreational amenities Great, competent and friendly coworkers

Cons

Management seems to be out of touch with business goals and means to achieve them. I'm not sure if the company can be viable in the future should nuclear energy become less desirable/in demand.

Pros

They give you space to grow professionally. You can easily move between different areas in the company. Freedom to develop your own ideas. Very good life and work balance. Company is in a growing sector.

Cons

As with any large company, certain things are overly bureaucratic which can sometimes be frustrating. After years of slow business, the company is now growing fast and as such is experiencing some teething problems.
