Pros

Slow Steady Environment, fairly safe in the UK and sheltered from the Americans... for now.

Cons

Terrible management. Executive management even worse. Losing good people on a daily basis. Terms and conditions are being eroded and the organisation is failing.

Pros

This technology could could be great if the company was managed well

Cons

Poor Management. Decisions are made based on commercial reasons rather than technical ones. Deadlines, managers getting bonuses, and following dogmatic "safety culture" and "human performance" rituals are valued over delivering quality products.
