Pros

1. diverse training was provided and lots of experience was gained. 2. fairly decent pay 3. got a chance to work with the smartest people I've ever met, and most of them (the older guys) were the cream of the crop, too. 4. interesting work

Cons

I can't say anything bad about WEC per my separation contract.

Pros

The salaries are good, good benefits, smart employees.

Cons

A very, very, very top heavy company. There are more VP's and directors than any company I have ever seen. Many of them have no direct reports. Top management has no clue as to what is needed at the plant level. When it come time to cut back, it is the lower level that gets cut not the many needless VP's and directors. The good ole boy club.
