Pros

Nice cafeteria, nice fitness center on site. Conveniently located near 79 and the turnpike. Opportunities for travel and overseas work. Sometimes opportunities open. Wonderful colleagues.

Cons

Management goes in circles with the same problems over and over. Terrible at preventing problems. All "perks" such as work-life balance, telecommuting, condensed schedule are taken away the moment any issues occur (which is 9 times out of 10) and employee morale drops. Turnover rates are the highest in years.
