Pros

Good pay compared to other companies in the area, wellness center on site for employee use. Lots of work to do.

Cons

Long commute times due to office location, undue emphasis placed on "making time up", younger employees are not taken seriously as professionals, most employees are older, not a diverse environment, deadlines are not met by engineering, lots of rework, plenty of office politics, HR allows individual groups to make their own policies regardless of conflicts with company policy, information is not widely distributed to correct people, raises and advancement are very slow to come even with good performance.

Pros

Compensation is competitive for similar engineering fields. Benefits are reasonable, work environment is challenging, and the company is growing internationally.

Cons

There is a lack of mentors with proper technical background in order to help the young engineers. The company organization is often lax in documentation and personnel.
