Pros

Competitive salaries, flexible working environment and are given the opportunity to make it whatever you wish. Some jobs however have less freedom than others (i.e., less customer face time, repetitive job, etc)

Cons

For the most part is a job that you need to be in an office??? To move up may need to move to pittsburgh

Pros

Great Compensation and Benefits compared to similar Engineering Companies. Westinghosue is a very flexible company and time off for things like illness, vacations, doctor's appointment, etc are never an issue here.

Cons

I feel disconnected with the upper managment at times, which makes me feel that not many really notice the work or the presence that I have in the company.
