Pros

It is pleasent to work in Westinghouse. Good working atmosphere, specially for learning and developing in this industry. Technical leaders in Westinghouse are, in general, willing to support and teach young engineers. Flexibility to balance work/life.

Cons

Salaries are low. There are many Westinghouses depending on the location. Promotions, salaries and opportunities change a lot between US and other sites (Europe).
