Some of the smartest people work here. Products are top notch. Company has the ability to make real differences in the environment and future of energy needs.
Cons
The strengths end at middle management who keeps the machine running despite lack of leadership at the exec level. Exec level outsources key activities and decisions to consultants and is more worried about their long term incentive than rewarding the 10,000 other employees who actually make the company’s success possible. Delegation and employee empowerment are non-existent since exec team doesn’t exhibit trust.
