Not very good management, service is hardly competitive, entire job consists of being on the phone the entire day and pay is not as good as they claim, Employee turnover is very high, it's a performance based job so expect to come in on saturdays from time to time with no extra pay and keep yourself open to business cell calls at any time and day of the week.
