      Pros

      The training is great and the management is very helpful. I am glad that I joined this growing company. The income if great if you are willing to put time and effort into your job. If you are joining this company just so that you can make money by showing your college degree, you will be in for a surprise. They value hard work and will pay you for it. Please do not apply if you are lazy, can't make real commitments and want something for free. You will fail.

      It takes time, effort and real old fashion hours to succeed in this company. Not for the lazy ones!!!

      Pros

      Growing and dynamic company, entrepreneurial atmosphere. Top management is very approachable. There is a huge amount you can learn here but you have to be okay with changing and fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      There's high pressure, high expectations. Not a glamorous office, they keep things simple and basic.
