great intro into the world of auto finance, you will be thrown in the deep end but its needed for a learning curve, no micro managing but need to keep up with activities, very few will make it and the rest should use this as a resume builder

Cons

Very little to no support from your team, accounts/leads can get reassigned which causes a friction point and redundancy in building relationships with dealers. Dealers know of this and even call it a cutthroat culture, everyday a funding issue that could have been prevented if the process were to be corrected

Pros

The peking order is director, supervisor, then assistant supervisor. There are around 10 people you closely work with in this department and you also work with another department which is around another 10. The management is flexible yet tough on you. You have to be tough and proactive to work here. The bonus was a pro. The holiday events were nice. There are company events throughout the year as well. Some people were kind and friendly.

Cons

Micro-managing and random write-ups! The issue was working with one uncommunicative/nitpicking/forgetful attorney in a different department which made working here an unsavory experience as they have a direct impact to this role.
