Pros

It's hard to say anything positive about this company internally...

Cons

Turnover rate is through the roof!!! All of the group I went in quit within 2 months of entry. Why? just plain bad culture. Micromanaged to the max. No human values. Statistics driven. Values $$$ over their own people. The management will set you up for failure by writing you up every month so they can easily fire you. Only join this company if you're in a pinch. Benefits and pay is really bad. Culture is just toxic. College grads: I do not recommend this company as your first job. Read everyone's comments here. you'll find the details.

Pros

Tech Savvy Co. Start you off with a decent base salary for the first 6 mo. Fairly flexible work schedule.

Cons

Dont be fooled. You are not going to be rolling in the doe any time soon unless you have friends there in high places. They pitch you that you can be making 10k a mo w/in 6-12 mo. Reality is, you have a slim to none chance of doing that. Extreamly high turnover rate. Car sales atmosphere.

Pros

Unprofessional beyond anything I’ve ever seen, complete dysfunction from the top down, toxic and hostile environment amongst employees.

Cons

Toxic and hostile work environment proudly referred to as the “WestLake Way” by the owner, CEO and Sales dept. It’s like being in an abusive relationship with a narcissist, before long, you’re depressed and so stressed out you don’t know what hit you. Employees are trained and encouraged to work against each other within the same markets which results in a hostile work environment, lack of friendships, moral and teamwork. This results in a huge loss of business for the company in the end but they’d rather fudge their numbers than look in the mirror or take advice from how the “real” big leaders do it. HR is useless and doesn’t respond to emails. Who’s surprised they reply to bad reviews made public? Typical for abusers. Your typical training class will have 50 to 100 people and within a year, less than 3% remain. What does that tell you?
