Pros

Positive work culture, weekly bagels, supportive managers, solid benefits package . Westport backs up their talk about core values with real action (especially during this pandemic) and you get the sense they truely value their employees. Company has also been growing at a steady pace.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints.

Pros

Some properties have on site residences, monthly bonuses if you meet revenue, gift card give always for friendly competition within your team. Team building picnic and holiday party.

Cons

Lack of staff. It was always hard to ask for days off when needed.
