Pros

It's great interacting with clients, and the pay can be good if you put in the extra work.

Cons

Westport Properties has n extremely toxic work environment and problematic company culture. Most members of the leadership are untrustworthy. You cannot trust the managers here because they are great manipulators and proficient liars, and they clearly do not care about your well-being as an employee

Pros

Time off if needed, things to keep you busy and trainings to do.

Cons

You won’t really be acknowledged for going above and beyond, sticking to rules and policies for tenants is key but management won’t have your back when they complain—watch for angry tenants and be prepared to call police if you need help. Pay is not greatest and if you are healing from a surgery no one cares so send the doctors note to HR not management. Property managers should have first dibs on at least 1 weekend off a month!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We genuinely appreciate your honesty and insights. We're glad to hear that our flexible time off policy and the availability of engaging tasks and training sessions are beneficial to you. We apologize that you feel your extra efforts are not adequately recognized. Recognizing and rewarding hard work is essential, and we'll look into ways to improve this. Tenant interactions can be challenging, and it's crucial to feel supported. We'll review our procedures to ensure management provides the necessary backing in such situations. Regarding compensation, we understand the importance of fair pay and will consider your feedback in our ongoing evaluations. For health-related concerns, it's vital that all employees feel cared for. We'll remind our team of the correct protocol for handling medical leave to ensure it's managed with the utmost sensitivity and efficiency. Finally, the suggestion for Property Managers to have at least one weekend off per month is a valuable point. We'll consider how we can better balance the workload to support our team's well-being. Your feedback is essential as we strive to create a better workplace for everyone. Thank you for your dedication and for sharing your thoughts with us.
