An opportunity to create a memorable experience for your residents.

Cons

This company is full of liars, racists and brown-nosers. They promote people who have no clue how to do their job because they are in the "in crowd". There's no recognition for any type of job well done. The lowly employees who work at the properties are often underpaid and severely overworked. Only work here if you like being mistreated, devalued, and thrown under the bus at any given moment.

Beware the Fake Fancy: How apartment listings can trick you

Pros

Although I anticipated for more opportunities for bonuses or incentives, the compensation was sufficient to cover my essential necessities.

Cons

They dangle these amazing apartments in front of you. with pictures that look like they came straight out of a magazine. But then, when you actually show up, it's some run-down dump with leaky faucets and chipped paint. They bait you in with the fancy stuff, then hit you with the reality.

Hello, I believe you have us mistaken with Westport Apartments. The bulk of our business is in self-storage for which we have a dedicated team of sales center agents for those locations. We do, however, have a total of 8 apartment complexes in Kansas, but none of those are branded as Westport.

The salary was sufficient for me at first but got disappointed eventually

Cons

Keeping up with the constant changes in regulations and processes was difficult. We felt as though we were always catching up, which caused confusion and inefficiencies in our daily work. Looking back, I can't help but wish things had been different.
