      Pros

      - The corporate office at Westport is almost fully remote. If you're looking for a remote job, this is an obvious pro. - Everyone is relatively easy going - Work life balance is excellent. Once I clock out for the day, I'm done

      Cons

      - Since it is a fully remote position, pay tends to be less than average for the salaries I'm aware of. - No other big cons, but the pay is a big one

      Exceptional teamwork led to a dynamic and productive work environment.

      Cons

      Dealing with upset customers was like walking on eggshells. No matter how hard you tried to help, there were always those who weren't satisfied, and their complaints weighed heavily on the soul.

      Pros

      I will not recommend this company to even an enemy. Stay away from it if you want to have a life!

      Cons

      The work-life balance is the worst here. It's primarily due to the management's inability to set schedules and stick to them. Everyone has to work on the weekends, and it's extremely stressful and exhausting. The leadership is clearly biased too. Some people get a ton of workload while other sit there and enjoy. It's awful!
