No WFH, No trust in employees, micro-management, no flexibility or respect for employees personal lives, unstable product, engineers don't know what they're building and what can be achieved via AI. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you valued the learning opportunities, team collaboration, and workplace environment during your time at Whatfix. We acknowledge the concerns you've raised around flexibility, work-life balance, and the overall employee experience. As a fast-growing organization, we recognize that maintaining the right balance between business needs and employee well-being is critical. While experiences may differ across teams and roles, we continue to evolve our people practices and ways of working to better support our employees. On flexibility, we have recently moved to a hybrid work model to provide balance while continuing to foster collaboration and alignment across teams. We also remain committed to listening to employee feedback through multiple forums and touchpoints that help shape our decisions and priorities. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you found value in the learning opportunities, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to travel. While we follow an in-office first approach to encourage collaboration and alignment, we also offer two work-from-home days each month to provide some flexibility. We continue to evaluate our practices to ensure they balance business goals with employee well-being. Appreciate your input and thank you for being a part of Whatfix. Wishing you continued success ahead.

Pros

1. Product is unique and its a potential market to conquer 2. The role of a CSM is on top in the industry. The deliverables here are like a standard for other companies to follow. As a CSM the learning graph is always growing and the accountability of the accounts we own is something which lets us dive and deliver the best to customers. 3. Good folks to work with, colleagues are supportive and always dedicated to work as a team

Cons

1. Leadership : If leadership was transparent and believed in their employees then Whatfix would have had one of the best CSMs in the industry. Even after multiple escalations, incidents, clear visibility of failed Team leada and managers, no actions were taken instead CSMs were made to leave. These Team Leads and Managers burnt Whatfix budget in unecessary travels to US every 6 months and took ungranted work from home with silly reasons while rest of the employees struggled to get one day of work from home. No one took any concerns of employees seriously, on floor dirty relationships, dirty politics, dirty behavior at team parties. People opened up with other leaders but noting helped. Long story short - Confused compromised higher leadership spoiling the life of actual hard working folks. Even the HR dont have a word or can take a decision by themself even with all the proofs that can prove the situation wrong. HR is compromised too and they listen to the decision of influencer than taking a call considering the performance of the employee.
