We also appreciate your inputs around the tech stack and OKRs. On the tech stack front, while we actively explore and adopt newer frameworks and tools, there are instances where legacy components remain in use due to system-level dependencies or business continuity needs. That said, we’re conscious of this and are gradually evolving those areas wherever feasible. On OKRs, goals are defined in alignment with business priorities and individual growth, typically through multiple discussions to ensure clarity and alignment. While expectations may sometimes feel steep depending on individual perspective, we aim to take a fair and collective approach, along with providing the necessary support to help teams succeed.
