      - sufficient break time - relaxed dress code - slight step up from telemarketing

      Cons

      - stress - micromanagement - meeting twice or 3 times a day about meeting numbers - recruiting manager doesn’t do anything besides criticize - no training - don’t be fooled by their ad saying “outstanding pay” as I don’t think there’s anything “outstanding” about their range of $11-13 an hour

      Pros

      Since working here for less then a year, I have been promoted and have a wonderful team that i am very proud of. I have never recruted before, but with all my training and the tools this company has provided me I have been successful! The atmosphere within the office is always positive and we always have fun working hard everyday!

      Its hard to follow your diet when we are constantly getting fed donuts and pizza!

      do not go to work for this company there is no training i was mentally harassed.
