This is my second time working for this company. I am working on my Master's degree and work for this company when my school workload allows me to. I have learned a lot about recruiting during my time here. There have been a lot of positive changes since I worked here the first time. The caliber of employees has drastically improved along with the culture and overall professionalism. This company believes in promoting from within and I have seen a lot of my peers benefit from that. I look forward to being able to pursue this career on a longer term after I finish my degree program.
