      Pros

      Don't expect much from this company. What you can expect is the VP flirting with you and then firing you when you tell him you're not interested. Several illegal practices going on which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I talked to the owner about my concerns with the VP, he laughed. So glad I don't work for them anymore!!

      Cons

      They will hire you quick and fire you quick. Hugh turnovers. Good as a temp company while you find something better.

      Thank you for your post. We hate to hear that you had a bad experience working for WSP. We do believe in giving people with potential chances here, but the only reason we would "fire quickly" is if they are not producing or doing their job as they should. Regarding your issue with the VP, this is a severe allegation and the first we have ever heard of a matter of this magnitude and we invite you to contact Kacie in HR so that she can investigate. -Caroline

      It's a quick and easy job to get if you need something immediately

      Everything, literally everything is a lie. Don't listen to one word the CEO says. Half the reviews are phony so don't listen to those either.

      Thank you for your post. I respectfully disagree with the notion that our CEO and company lie to its employees. I've never worked for a more dedicated CEO, who is engaged in work 24/7. As a company we are always willing to listen to constructive advice that might help our company grow in a positive manner. As far as strategy/direction goes we have a very defined future outlook.       Great all around opportunity - the people, environment, the growth, and culture!

      Pros

      I've been here for going on two years and the pros WAY outweigh any minor cons. It's a very open door/collaborative environment which I really like. I don't just feel like an employee, I feel like a valued member of this company. We have a very positive environment here and everyone is always encouraging each other and management always is sure to give positive reinforcement. Even the CEO makes sure to let his employees know they are valued and appreciated and believes in giving his employees chances to grow. He's also extremely generous in the amount of PTO and flexibility he gives his employees. I've learned a great deal here over the past two years and the wide range of positions i've gotten to recruit on has made me a much more well rounded recruiter. If you work hard, you WILL be rewarded for it here.

      Cons

      The main con would be that we don't have the nicest office space in the world, but i know it's coming!
