Thank you for your post! The leadership at Wheeler works extremely hard so we appreciate you taking note of the hard work our HR and CEO puts into our company! Because we do often hire "Entry level" Recruiters, we start out at a set hourly rate if you don't have prior experience. However, numerous employs will attest time and time again that if you put in the necessary work, you will reap the rewards!

Pros

Great people, great entry level opportunity to get into recruiting. If you are successful, you have a great opportunity for growth. The skills, drive, and sense of urgency you learn at Wheeler Staffing Partners will serve you well anywhere you may go later.

Cons

If you are just looking for a low-commitment 8-5 job while posting on social media about where you are partying that night...you will not like Wheeler Staffing Partners. Success requires an all-in approach both in work ethic and active support of the culture. That is not for everyone. Recruiting for a staffing company means you get the jobs that your client couldn’t fill. All the tough work comes first. If you are not up for the level of work and commitment, Wheeler Staffing Partners is not for you.

Thank you for your post! You are absolutely correct in exactly what it takes to be successful with Wheeler, and we are thrilled that you have been growing with us for over a year now. I want to truly thank you for your input: hard workers should always be recognized where there does need to be consequences for those that don't produce or do what we ask of them. Thank you!

Pros

Gear place to get a job while you wait for another job to open. Large office.

Cons

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Between the fake managers and sub manager cliques, it's like a bad show. Be prepared to have inadequate training, high demands, and lying to customers about almost everything, including the company name. It's a disaster. The interview seemed so nice, but the reality was chaotic uncertainty with cliquey management and constant loss of jobs.

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy at Wheeler. A number of our managers have been with Wheeler for a while and are very close, so we apologize if anyone has ever come across as "cliquey". RPO Recruiting is unique in that we recruit for a particular company, so it is not lying when we use our client's name instead of Wheeler when we recruit candidates. We are doing all we can to create the necessary structure to continue the growth in our company. Please feel free to talk to me with any additional concerns. Thanks! -Caroline
