Most innovative mobility company right now - really focused on doing things right. Fast paced culture that is willing to try anything once. Very smart and driven people work here - it's fun to collaborate with and learn from with the various teams (hardware, software, product, etc). Really nice office in West Hollywood with snacks, lunch, etc. Opportunity to take on lots of responsibility quickly

Cons

Dockless Mobility is a 24/7 business - sometimes this means being on-call 24/7. Being a startup also means having to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

- fast paced and fast growth - just closed very early round of funding so you can get in early - smart and passionate people - leadership that is working hard to scale a business in a competitive marketplace - more recent focus on people. expanded hr and recruiting teams. - product is a market leader and much better than scooters. - performance is rewarded with lots of promotions from within across all areas of the company.

Cons

- like all startups, requires commitment and hard work. some people are built for start ups, and that's ok. - now that we have a little more money, it would be great to see a few more of the typical tech start up perks like gym reimbursement, better sacks, more swag, etc. -
