Pros

As the title states, the teamwork is phenomenal. The patient load is usually pretty light and the patients are mostly very pleasant.

Cons

Being a smaller hospital, there is a lack of resources as compared to larger hospitals. It's mostly not an issue, but occasionally can throw a big kink into the work day.
