Pros

Pay, plenty of hours, good teamwork with other techs on your team. Starting to get top of the line equipment.

Cons

Management is extremely difficult to work with, scheduling, and communication is lacking. Even with a set schedule- if there isn’t enough staff they will move your schedule around to fit the hospitals needs without warning.

Pros

Loved my coworkers! They were the best part of the job! Beautiful location!

Cons

Lack of knowledge on how healthcare systems run off of an island. "We've always done it this way" mindset and definitely not open to new ideas. Sexual harassment is viewed as a misunderstanding, most management is woefully unknowledgable and will make life hell if you buck up against them, my manager told me that she wasn't in charge of my morale. No one to look to for the example and leadership then. Management , from the CEO right on down to the departments needs a serious overhaul and restructure.

Pros

Many of the people who work at this hospital are kind, good people who are compassionate and mean well.

Cons

Highly unprofessional work environment. Managers seemed to be hired based on cronyism over any actual work experience. HIPAA violated constantly. I felt unsafe. The system penalizes self-reporting and the culture does not seem to be one where progress or improvement are desired; rather a desire to sweep things under the rug. This results in a very unsafe environment for patients and a scary experience for employees.
