Pros
I can’t think of any good reasons to work here. The company culture epitomi of why companies are working so hard to change there culture.
Cons
Terrible environment to work in. Everyone is scared they are ok the chopping block, so they hoard work, don’t train correctly, to make sure that they remain the subject matter expert. The leadership lacks communication and kindness. They will set up meetings with you and not show up, if you are not in upper management, they do not care about your time. Some supervisors do not know how to lead and will blame you for their errors and mistakes.
