      Employees and customers are nice and understanding.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t value your feedback and instead of offering to help, they turn the problem back and blame you for expressing your frustration.

      Pros

      You get a raise every year, it's not much just cents but it is something and at the end of year in December they do a Holiday company party with raffle tickets. The only "pros" I can think of.

      Cons

      Management. They have their favorites and will treat everyone else as if they don’t exist or will set impossible standards and not hold everyone accountable for them.
