White Cap does NOT promote from within. If your résumé doesn’t have “Lowes” on it, management does not care about you. All of the regional managers and branch managers were hired within the last year and ALL(except 2) came from Lowes. After the change in management morale went down and people began to feel like nothing more than employee numbers. Management will ignore your ideas and then punish you when the ideas they came up with don’t work out.
