Where do I begin? Rampant nepotism & bringing in of buddies that get paid better and promoted over people who have been their longer. New managers that don’t have a clue how to be leaders & who are more concerned with being liked than managing their department. Incompetency within the department and throughout the Company up to and including HR. Ridiculously low pay for increasing workload-Disney employees now earn more than White Cap’s employees who are tasked with managing multiple complex priorities, time sensitive and confidential information and analytical skills to complete tasks. The environment is toxic despite WC’s supposed values. It’s filled with sneaky people who only look out for themselves and their friends. There’s no one to turn to when you want to discuss any of the aforementioned because as previously mentioned, you can’t find information for HR without going through a maze of links and STILL you’re unable to call them. This place sucks and the way it’s run is a joke-though I don’t find it funny. They are shady and unethical, and don’t truly care about their employees. They say they do, but their actions speak louder.
