      They preach patience up front but switch tunes very quickly. Every process is very complicated and makes no sense

      Very little micro management so you can be pretty independent with your work

      Cons

      Management folds over for their top sales reps and lets them run over everyone else. They don’t enforce the rules that everyone is supposed to play by. So if a big rep wants your account or jobsite get ready to give it up.
