White Cap has give me the opportunity to earn more thank my previous employer that cut my commission at 5% of my GP earring per month.

Cons

So far none, I have had only pushback from deliveries from Branch Managers. The sales management has been great and only pushed us to do better.

Toxic culture that caters to old school bullies. Incompetent senior leadership that uses middle management as a scapegoat for their lack of abilities. Allows remote work but shows high preference for local associates. Preaches inclusivity, work/life balance, positive culture but expects/accepts/rewards behaviors not in favor of those values.
