      Pros

      Pros: ICs are treated like kings as opposed to management. While I was in a management role, this was great for employ retention and overall culture. Management was stellar. Never had a leader like the one in Huntsville. He was dedicated to being a true leader. Pay was great for what I did.

      Cons

      A humongous amount of red tape. You’d think you were trying to pass a partisan bill through congress just to get an answer for anything. HR Culture is going woke. Must be a funding/marketing ploy to grab attention of shareholders before they go live. Benefits were probably the worst I had seen at any company I had ever worked for. Low totem pole workers could not get coverage they needed for a decent price.
