Wonderful environment to work in. No stress as long as work gets done. Everybody is willing and able to help each other out. Great Bonuses

Cons

Its a Silo'd engineering IT environment so you will for the most part not be able to work on other systems outside of what the team is responsible for. Raises aren't that great

Pros

Great clients, with a mix of interesting international work. Good people at the firm, which is important if you are going to spend so much time there! Annual review process to keep your career path focused.

Cons

The hours are brutal. 2000 billable required per year, with 1800 client chargeable, and up to 200 pro bono. Often the work load is much heavier though. Working 70 to 90 hours a week is common at least a week or two out of every month.
