Pros

Employees are good people that will gladly help with anything you ask. Lots of snack food.

Cons

Management will be dishonest. They will not get your back if there is a conflict. Snack food is very unhealthy. Job description will not match responsibilities once you start there. Employees complain a lot more than normal. Teams do not work together very well to keep customer happy.

Pros

Entry level positions in an industry where it's not always easy to get experience.

Cons

Lowest compensation in the industry by far. Sales drives all decisions and they don't even know what the product is. Fundamentally broken products kept on life support by the extraordinary level of customer service. Many of the executives tend to play favorites and lots of political drama. Lots of turnover and unable to maintain talent.
