Pros

Interesting work, some really cool people, a sense you're doing good things.

Cons

HR wildly inconsistent, people often working at cross purposes -- not great inter-group communication. Each team has its own agenda, and people trying to cross those boundaries are often unsupported.

Pros

Interesting product in growing industry sector. Security team got some pretty smart & young folks.

Cons

Client director was completely non-technical. Because of it, he does not trust his subordinates because he has no idea if he/she is doing a good job or not.

Opportunity knocks, but only if still live with your parents

Pros

Great opportunity for entry level position in an industry where most companies want someone with experience. Collaborative environment with smart people who form the backbone of the best security service in the industry.

Cons

The company does not value it's employees and overshadows "opportunity" to distract from the lack of benefits and compensation. It's easy to offer large percentage raises when you start at next to nothing.
